3 days in Chapada Diamantina

Perfect 3-day itinerary for those who have little time and want to take a breather from the busy life in Chapada. These days will give you a taste of what this magical place is and make you want to come back to throw yourself in!

Day 3 | Mosquito Waterfall + Poço do Diabo + Morro do Pai Inácio (sun )

We left by car for 40 minutes to the entrance of Cachoeira do Mosquito. We will make a 1.5km trail to the waterfall. After bathing, we will have lunch at the restaurant on the Mosquito farm. Then, by car, we went to Poço do Diabo,

one of the largest bathing wells in Chapada Diamantina. At the end of the day, by car, we will go to the entrance of Morro do Pai Inácio - a postcard of Chapada Diamantina. We will go up 680

meters to the top to watch the sunset and then return to Lençóis (40 minutes by car).

Day 1 | Muritiba Park

The Municipal Park of

Muritiba is within the city

of Lençóis.

On this tour, we go around

the Park, passing by several attractions: Natural Swimming Pools of Serrano, Poço Halley, Salons of colored sand, Spring Waterfall, Lençóis Lookout

and Cachoeirinha.

Departure: 9:30 am

Return: 4 pm

Total day 1: 5km.

Day 2 | Sossego Waterfall

The trail starts inside the city of Lençóis. There are passages in the river bed with some diving points, until reaching the waterfall of Sossego, with a total of 60 meters and a large well for bathing. On the way back, we stop at Ribeirão do Meio, the natural toboggan of Chapada.
