Lençóis Trekking, as an Ecotourism tribe, was born from our meeting and desire to spread to the world what we feel living in the forests of Chapada Diamantina. It is our means of carrying out our purpose: to create ecological and social awareness to preserve the environment, cultures and local communities.

We want to show you this magical region of Brazil, through our eyes, inviting you to expand your look at the world, see nature in more detail, hear what it has to say and thus get to know yourself better to act in accordance with the YOUR purpose, which is unique!

If you are really open to immersing yourself in this exuberant nature, this trip can change your life… Just like did with Maju, a carioca who came to spend her holidays in Chapada and never came back. Traveling here, she met Guto, a native of Chapada Diamantina, son of miners, who has been driving in the region for over 10 years. Born and raised in these forests, Guto has a lifetime of experience in trekking, as well as a very strong relationship with these mountains. By chance of fate, if you believe in chance,

or by deeper roots and connections, Maju's great-grandparents were also born in Lençóis and were

miners, as well as Guto's parents.

 

 And with this reunion of ancestry, we are creating together, day by day, our Tribe of good people. You may have noticed that we don't use the word “agency” once, because we don't think that name fits us, even though we perform the functions of such. We are two people. Building a family. And you are our best friends, the people we relate to the most during our day-to-day.

We are both responsible for practically everything: we guide, take photos, create content, post, serve you all with great affection, set up all the itineraries, organize the calendars and logistics of the tours and often even become cooks or

psychologists. We said "practically everything" because we cannot fail to mention one of the most important parts of our tribe: our partner guides, who share with us the same feeling of love and respect for Chapada.
